I had an appointment at 12pm, I didn’t get called until 12:30pm, to then sit in the back for an extra 20mins. The dentist saw me for 5 secs to tell me that I need a cleaning and that she see the problem of my pain. I was told I needed to make a new patient hygiene visit in which I still wouldn’t be able to get the cleaning I needed to fix my pain. Now I am probably going to be billed hundreds of dollars and still be in pain. Such a waste of my time. 3 appointments to get a cleaning a ridiculous.

Terrible communication. I called to schedule an appointment to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I told the representative I was a new patient that has not had a referral in years. I haven’t had any problem with my wisdom teeth until recently. I was told i did not need a referral and the appointment I booked was for wisdom teeth REMOVAL. I just called a day before my appointment to ask questions about the procedure when I was told I am only coming in for a consultation. I’m not one to leave reviews or complain. But I had to move my work schedule around, have my husband take off work, and find childcare for my kids for this appointment. I will never schedule an appointment here again.

wouldn’t even come here ever again. i made an appointment for my son & they said it’d be at 1PM. come to find out the day before the appointment they call me to confirm the appointment if we are still going i tell them yes & they tell me that it was actually at 12PM so i go on about my day. we show up the next day come to find out “i never confirmed the appointment” so why did i speak to someone over the phone if it wasn’t confirmed? don’t even waste your time coming here or trying to get a dentist appointment. they suck! waste of my gas and they’re all rude in the front office they just give you dirty looks like just address the situation.

Very helpful with standby appointments. And the endo and ortho is great. Got a well needed root canal recently got a tooth pulled some years back. Wisdom teeth. All healed great. Been going to kool smiles all my life. Alil wait sometimes because they take children but overall satisfied. Beautiful teeth and pain free.

I had to get two wisdom teeth taken out although they were running behind a bit it was worth the wait. The oral surgeon was great at explaining everything before, during, and after the procedure. I had a bad experience somewhere else prior to this but the experience here was great and I would definitely recommend.
